1 – REFUND

Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, as we promote Digital Copy only.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

A 20% restocking fee may apply to all returned items that will be deducted from the amount that is refunded.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

2 – MISSING REFUNDS OR LATE (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

3 – SALE ITEM

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

4 – SHIPPING AND DIGITAL COPY DELIVERING

Delivering Digital copy depends on your personal mail provided correctly, please double check your registered email.

Mainly we do not ship physical items as our store provides only Digital Copies.

There will be a 2% processing fee applied to all domestic orders and a 5% processing fee applied to all international orders.

5 – GUARANTEES AND CLARIFICATION

Items bought from our DigitalStore should be checked to befoe implicating in your own projects, check the proper functioning of the items and the information provided with, adjust it to your individual requirements where necessary.
